Tickets are now available for the sixth annual Picnic in the Park event, presented by Ace Ticket, which will take place about an hour after the Red Sox’ July 24 game against the Seattle Mariners.

With actor and comedian Mike O’Malley on hand as the master of ceremonies, the event will feature a barbecue picnic on the Fenway Park field, a live auction with items that were donated by the Red Sox’ players and their wives and an autograph session with the team.

“Picnic in the Park is a wonderful opportunity for family and friends to get together and enjoy a unique experience at Fenway Park, all while contributing to the important youth programs supported by the Red Sox Foundation for at-risk kids in our community,” team chairman Tom Werner said in a press release.

General admission tickets are on sale for $350 a person, while MVP tickets — which will include a bleacher ticket to that day’s Red Sox game in the package — are being sold for $500. Whatever money is raised will go to the Red Sox Scholars program and the Red Sox RBI and Rookie League inner city program.
