Over the last week, we’ve all been witnesses to a pretty phenomenal duel of individual superstar talents in the 2011 NBA Finals. Dirk Nowitzki has carried the Dallas Mavericks on his back, Dwyane Wade has matched him pretty much shot for shot, and all else has been secondary.

Dirk and Wade are two of the best players of this generation, and what they’re doing in these Finals is something special. But where do these performances rank among the all-time greats?
