What's the Most Critical Attribute for Next Red Sox Manager?You know just about everything there is to know about Terry Francona. You know that he’s as patient as patient gets, that he stressed “normalcy” day in and day out, that he’s considered a player’s manager, that he’s fiercely loyal to his guys, that he can foster a healthy and successful relationship with his bosses and that he knows how to win.

However, you know absolutely nothing about the Red Sox’ next manager.

That’s, of course, because they don’t have one, but the search has already begun for Ben Cherington and Co. to fill that void.

Cherington couldn’t share any of the candidates at his introductory news conference, and thus far, the only news we’ll get in that regard will come in the form of speculation.

Until we know the names involved, let’s ask you what you think is the most important trait in the Red Sox’ next manager.
