Craig Breslow, Red Sox Receive Heartwarming Video from Patients at Tufts Floating Hospital for Children (Video)

Craig Breslow earned the ALDS-clinching win Monday night, recording five outs and four strikeouts in the effort, and the congratulations keep on pouring in for the reliever.

Breslow, who was named one of 30 finalists for the Roberto Clemente Award, which recognizes a Major League Baseball player who best represents the game of baseball through positive contributions on and off the field, including sportsmanship and community involvement, was shown exactly why he was nominated for the honor on Tuesday.

Among many other charitable efforts, the left-hander visited patients at Tufts Floating Hospital for Children at Tufts Medical Center in June, and he left a lasting impression on the kids.

A few of the children made a video for their favorite pitcher, congratulating him and the entire team on their big win. Check it out in the video below.
