Thursday’s forecast in Recife, Brazil, is for rain. Tons and tons and tons of rain. That will make the USA-Germany World Cup match very, very interesting. That is, of course, if the teams can make it to the stadium.

Torrential rain has battered the city and surrounding areas in the hours leading up to the pivotal Group G showdown. There’s flooding, and with the stadium outside of the city, it’s a dicey travel situation for those in and around Recife trying to get there.
