It’s official: Pedro Martinez is a Hall of Famer.
The former Boston Red Sox pitcher garnered 91.1 percent of votes Tuesday to join Randy Johnson, John Smoltz and Craig Biggio in the 2015 Baseball Hall of Fame class.
Martinez spent seven seasons of his illustrious 18-year career in Boston, winning a World Series championship in 2004 and back-to-back Cy Young awards in 1999 and 2000.
