The UFC featherweight title unification bout between Conor McGregor and Jose Aldo officially is on, but it’s not happening in Dallas.

UFC president Dana White announced Monday the fight will take place at MGM Grand Garden Arena in Las Vegas on December 12.

The fight was rumored to be taking place at AT&T Stadium, home of the Dallas Cowboys, but White said MGM Grand officials “moved Heaven and Earth” to get the fight in Vegas.

Aldo was supposed to defend his featherweight title in July against McGregor, but pulled out two weeks before with a rib injury. McGregor defeated Aldo’s replacement, Chad Mendes, by TKO to become the interim featherweight world champion.
