Football is back.
After an offseason full of off-the-field noise, the New England Patriots will start their title defense Thursday against the Pittsburgh Steelers at Gillette Stadium. Deflategate threatened to sideline Patriots quarterback Tom Brady for the first four games of the season, but his penalty was vacated.
