The Houston Astros had a lead late in Game 4 of the American League Division Series but couldn’t hang on to clinch a spot in the ALCS. They’ll get another chance Wednesday on the road in the decisive Game 5 against the Kansas City Royals.
The Royals, who are aiming to make ALCS appearances in back-to-back seasons, will send trade-deadline acquisition Johnny Cueto to the mound. The Astros will start Collin McHugh.
