The Pittsburgh Penguins are joining the NHL trade deadline fun.

The Penguins and Edmonton Oilers completed a trade Saturday which sends defenseman Justin Schultz to Pittsburgh in exchange for a 2016 third-round draft pick. TSN’s Darren Dreger broke the news on Twitter first, and the teams since have made it official.

Schultz has three goals and 10 points in 45 games for the Oilers this season. The 25-year-old blueliner is in the final year of his contract after spending three-plus seasons in Edmonton.
