The Boston Celtics will start their playoff journey on the road in a tough matchup against the Atlanta Hawks.
The Celtics, who enter the postseason as the Eastern Conference’s No. 5 seed, will take on the No. 4 seed Hawks at Philips Arena on Saturday night in Game 1 of the teams’ opening round playoff series.
Atlanta won the season series 3-1 and has won three straight against Boston, but this matchup between the two fast-paced, well-coached clubs could be the most competitive of the NBA’s first round.
