The Tampa Bay Lightning will  look to become the first team to secure passage to the second round of the 2016 Stanley Cup playoffs Thursday night as they host the Detroit Red Wings in Game 5 of their opening-round series.
The Lighting edged the Red Wings 3-2 at Joe Louis Arena in Game 4 to take a commanding 3-1 lead in the best-of-seven series.
Detroit, meanwhile, has some work to do if it hopes to win its first playoff series since moving to the Eastern Conference in 2013. The Wings went one-and-done in each of the last two postseasons, including losing to the Lightning last year in a series that went the distance.
