One championship belt and two UFC contracts will be on the line Friday night when the 23rd Ultimate Fighter Finale is held at MGM Grand Garden Arena in Las Vegas.
Joanna Jedrzejczyk, the UFC women’s strawweight champion with a sparking 11-0 record, will face Claudia Gadelha for a second time, but this time with the belt on the line. Jedrzejczyk won a controversial split decision over Gadelha in 2014, and the challenger has been adamant in the run-up to this fight that she will be victorious in her rematch. That remains the only loss in Gadelha’s pro career.
As Jedrzejczyk and Gadelha prepared for this bout, they also prepared UFC hopefuls to potentially land a pro fighting contract as part of “The Ultimate Fighter” show. Light heavyweights Andrew Sanchez and Khalil Rountree and strawweights Amanda Cooper and Tatiana Suarez will face each other in the octagon for the chance to achieve their dreams.
FS1 will broadcast most of the prelims and the entire main card, but if you’re not near a TV, here’s how you can watch TUF 23 online.
