Tuukka Rask is representing Finland at the World Cup of Hockey, but the Boston Bruins won’t be completely off his mind.
As Hockey by Design pointed out, Rask’s goalie mask for the international tournament looks an awful lot like his regular Bruins mask, which obviously still is pretty awesome. Check it below, with photos from Slater Lettering and Graphics.
The best part might be the “Tuukka” in Metallica-like font on the back of the mask.
As we mentioned, it’s very similar to his Bruins mask, but it’s a little different than the mask he wore at the 2014 Winter Olympics.
Finland began pre-tournament action Thursday against rival Sweden and open preliminary-round play Sept. 18.
