After back-to-back home losses to the lowly Colorado Avalanche and Toronto Maple Leafs, there was a chance things only would get worse for the Boston Bruins this week.
But thanks to a victory over the Montreal Canadiens and an overtime loss to the Pittsburgh Penguins, the Bruins can earn five out of a possible six points over this daunting stretch with a home win Thursday night against the Anaheim Ducks.
But that will be easier said than done for Boston, considering it’s lost five straight games against Anaheim, including two in a row at TD Garden.
Here are the projected lineups for both teams.
