Running 26.2 miles is hard enough. Doing so under driving rain and battling strong winds seems downright impossible.
But thousands will do just that on Monday in the 122nd running of the Boston Marathon.
From Hopkinton, Mass., to Copley Square, runners will brave the elements in Boston’s longstanding Patriots’ Day tradition.
