NBA stars typically shine brightest in the postseason, and that certainly was the case for the Oklahoma City Thunder on Sunday.
The Thunder earned a Game 1 win over the Utah Jazz in their first-round NBA playoff series behind 36 points from Paul George and a 29-point, 13-rebound performance from Russell Westbrook.
If OKC’s leaders stuff the stat sheet again in Game 2, the Jazz likely will be in an 0-2 series hole before the series shifts to Utah.
