The NASCAR Hall of Famer-turned NBC Sports broadcaster posted an emotional Instagram on Sunday after Chase Elliott won the Cup Series championship. Earnhardt, reflecting on the strangest, most challenging campaign in NASCAR history, expressed hope for normalcy next year.
