The problems are adding up for the Boston Red Sox.

From a struggling rotation to an offense failing to produce with runners in scoring position, the Red Sox are having trouble finding consistency on both sides of the ball. Now, their best hitter over the season’s first month, Hanley Ramirez, is out with a shoulder injury and no timetable to return.

In this week’s podcast, NESN.com’s Ashley Allen and Red Sox beat writer Ricky Doyle discussed Boston’s issues and tried to determine what needs to change for the team to bounce back in May. Also, NESN’s Zack Cox took a look back at the 1975 American League championship team with Red Sox historian Bill Nowlin.
