Burried on the team sheet in a crowded Spurs midfield, 26-year-old Croatia international Niko Kranjcar has long been rumored to want out at White Hart Lane.

He’s been linked with moves to numerous clubs including Liverpool and Werder Bremen, but according to the London Evening Standard, Kranjcar has told friends that moving to Liverpool this summer is his preferred option.

Kranjcar, though, is under contract with Tottenham for two more seasons.

Spurs are said to value Kranjcar at £6.5 million, though his value, per TransferMarkt.co.uk, is listed at £8.8 million. He can play either in a central or wide role in attacking midfield.
