Watch the Ryder Cup Day 1 Streaming Live on Friday Beginning at 8:20 a.m. ET

It's go time for the world's best golfers, in one of golf's greatest events.

The Ryder Cup teed off on Friday morning at Medinah just outside of Chicago with the American team squaring off against the Europeans.

NBC has wall-to-wall coverage of the tournament once the weekend arrives, but ESPN has the rights to Friday's matches. The foursome and four-ball matchups can be seen live on ESPN, but for those not lucky enough to be near a TV all day, play will be streamed online.
