Kevin Garnett always seemed like a “downward dog” guy.
The Celtics center gave a look inside the preparation that makes him amazingly durable at the age of 36 in a series of advertisements for ZICO coconut water. Garnett’s work includes 5:30 a.m. runs on the beach and some calming yoga, which helps keep him from picking up those “dumb fouls” he was susceptible to early in his career.
