With the NBA trade deadline knocking on the door, one proposed transaction that isn’t likely to happen is Kevin Garnett taking his intensity to the Los Angeles Clippers.
According to Adrian Wojnarowski of Yahoo! Sports, the Clippers have halted trade talks with the Boston Celtics regarding Eric Bledsoe, DeAndre Jordan and Garnett. It was reported earlier that Garnett had the option to approve a trade to the Denver Nuggets, but he ultimately shot that idea down.
The talks are off for now, but Danny Ainge will have to be active in the next couple of days if he plans to fortify his 15-man roster.
