Commercials that air during the Super Bowl are typically some of the most talked-about ads of the year. But this year, two that viewers likely didn’t see are the topics of much discussion.
One of these — an Old Milwaukee spot that featured Will Ferrell passionately making out with an older woman on a bus — was aired in just three markets across the country, while a SodaStream ad that takes jabs at both Coca-Cola and Pepsi was blocked by CBS and not shown at all.
Ferrell’s performance was only seen inĀ Glendive, Mont., Sherman, Texas and Ardmore, Okla., according to Sports Crackle Pop.
