Fenway Park was filled with star power Sunday as Derek Jeter played the final game of his storied career.
Joined by a plethora of Boston greats — such as former New England Patriots wide receiver Troy Brown, Boston Bruins defenseman Bobby Orr and Boston Red Sox outfielder Carl Yastrzemski — former Boston Celtics forward Paul Pierce made a surprise appearance.
As you can see, he was donning some familiar colors.

Pierce, along with Kevin Garnett and Jason Terry, was traded to the Brooklyn Nets before the 2013-2014 season. He enters the 2014-2015 campaign as a member of the Washington Wizards after signing a two-year, $11 million deal in the offseason.
It’s clear that even though Pierce has moved on from his career as a Celtic, he continues to bleed green.
