Pandas sure can tumble.

Pablo Sandoval — or Kung Fu Panda, as the kids call him — flipped over the Pittsburgh Pirates’ dugout railing Wednesday while making a sensational catch in the San Francisco Giants’ wild card game win at PNC Park. The third baseman also reached base three times and scored two runs in the Giants’ 8-0 victory.

Sandoval is no stranger to stepping up in the playoffs. The two-time All-Star is a .333 hitter (29-for-87) with six homers and 15 RBIs in 23 career postseason games. His playoff success, of course, is highlighted by a huge performance in 2012 World Series, during which he hit .500 (8-for-16) with three homers and four RBIs en route to MVP honors.

Sandoval is set to become a free agent this offseason. The 28-year-old might want to point to Wednesday’s catch while at the bargaining table.

Then again, Madison Bumgarner stole the show with his postgame celebration.
