The NBA isn’t selling corporate advertising on jerseys just yet, but if and when it does, its TV network partners, Turner and ESPN, would get a cut of the revenue.

This was negotiated in the league’s nine-year, $24 billion deal with its TV partners, Sports Business Daily reported.

However, it’s uncertain how much the networks would receive or when the league would start selling ads on jerseys.

That said, Turner will be able to start selling ads on All-Star Game jerseys starting with the 2017 event, which will be broadcast on TNT as part of the new deal.

If the league starts selling ads on jerseys, each NBA team would have individual rights to sell ad space on uniforms. Sports Business Journal estimated that large-market teams like the Los Angeles Lakers will be able to sell ads on jerseys for close to $10 million, while teams in smaller markets like the Memphis Grizzlies will cash in close to $800,000.
