Hey, Michigan, do you have a Band-Aid? Because Jim Harbaugh is falling for you. But actually.
The former San Francisco 49ers coach returned to his alma mater Tuesday, when he officially was introduced as the Michigan Wolverines’ new coach. But things got off to a somewhat rocky start, with Harbaugh tripping on the carpet on his way to the podium.
To his credit, Harbaugh played the whole thing off pretty coolly.
“I dont know if anybody saw me trip on the way in,” Harbaugh joked. “A lesser athlete would’ve gone down.”
For Michigan’s sake, let’s hope that little stumble isn’t an omen.
