Tom Brady has made headlines once again, this time looking for loyalty that NFL executives clearly can’t provide.
So in an act of desperation, the New England Patriots quarterback made a fool-proof move to add some more unconditional love to his life: he adopted a puppy.
How could you possibly be mad at that face? Or Tom Brady?
C’mon, Roger, ease up. Maybe Tom will let you take little Scooby for walks if you’re nice.
Although, since getting a puppy when you’re in trouble seems to be an old, go-to move, Mr. Goodell might be adopting a puppy of his own. After all, he’s the one breaking rules now.
In reality, we doubt the puppy has anything to do with Deflategate. But we’d be lying if we said we weren’t super excited for the potential legendary Brady-Scooby Facebook posts coming our way should Brady’s suspension be overturned:Â Goodell’s face Photoshopped over a cartoon criminal, tied up, next to Brady and his trusty new sidekick with the caption, “And I would’ve gotten away with it, if it weren’t for those meddling kids!”
Either way, we’re hoping Scooby provides the Brady clan with all the love and loyalty they deserve.
