There’s improbable, and then there’s what happened between Georgia Tech and No. 9 Florida State on Saturday.

The Seminoles had a chance to escape with a win on a 56-yard field goal attempt by Roberto Aguayo, but the Yellow Jackets managed to block the kick. The underdogs weren’t done there, though. Georgia Tech’s Lance Austin picked up the ball after the block and sprinted all the way to the end zone for the game-winning 78-yard touchdown.

It doesn’t get much better than that. Well, maybe Michigan State’s miraculous win still tops the list.

The crazy play lifted the Yellow Jackets to a 22-16 win, putting a serious dent in the Seminoles’ College Football Playoff chances in the process.
