In both fantasy football and on the NFL gridiron, Sunday’s slate of games could have major impacts on the playoffs. Several major stars still are not a definite lock to play, though.

New England Patriots tight end Rob Gronkowski likely will be a game-time decision, while Cleveland Browns tight end Gary Barnidge is expected to play.

LeSean McCoy is expected be the running back for the Buffalo Bills despite dealing with concussion issues, and Eddie Lacy is taking back the No. 1 job for the Green Bay Packers.

Quarterback Philip Rivers is expected to play for the San Diego Chargers despite battling the flu, while Jimmy Clausen probably will start for the Baltimore Ravens with Matt Schaub suffering from a chest injury.

Most big-name wide receivers also are expected to play, including the likes of Julio Jones, Calvin Johnson, Emmanuel Sanders, Brandon Marshall, Brandin Cooks and Eric Decker.

Nothing is official until NFL teams list their inactives, though, so be sure to check back in to NESN.com after 11:30 a.m. ET to find each team’s seven players sitting out.
