Zlatan Ibrahimovic in the Premier League?

ESPN is reporting, citing sources, that the world-class striker “has agreed to provisional terms with Manchester United and will complete free-agent his move to Old Trafford after the 2016 UEFA European Championship.

Ibrahimovic currently is playing for Sweden at Euro 2016 in France.

He has spent the last four seasons with Paris Saint-Germain of Ligue 1 (French first division). He scored an astounding 38 goals in 29 Ligue 1 games this season, in addition to five goals in 10 UEFA Champions League outings.

Manchester United needs all the help it can get after finishing fifth in the 2015-16 Premier League standings and missing out on UEFA Champions League qualification as a result.

Ibrahimovic and young French forward Anthony Martial could potentially form a prolific attacking duo for the Red Devils next season. Ibrahimovic also could help Martial and teenage striker Marcus Rashford grow as players.
