Brock Lesnar Doesn’t Care What Mark Hunt Or WWE Fans Think Before UFC 200

Brock Lesnar has no time for Mark Hunt’s steroid allegations or any chatter about whether WWE fans will view him differently after his fight against Hunt at UFC 200.

Hunt recently accused Lesnar of being “juiced to the gills” while emphasizing his plan to knock out the former UFC heavyweight champion in their July 9 bout in Las Vegas. Lesnar was asked about the accusation Thursday during a conference call with the media, and he didn’t sound too concerned.

“I’ve been dealing with that my entire life. I’m a white boy and I’m jacked. Deal with it,” the 6-foot-3, 265-pound Lesnar said, according to FOXSports.com. “What do you want me to say? I’m a white boy and I’m jacked. Deal with it.”

Lesnar last competed in UFC in December 2011. Normally, UFC fighters coming out of retirement are required to go through four months of drug testing from the United States Anti-Doping Agency (USADA), but that requirement was waived for Lesnar, which Hunt disagrees with despite the USADA claiming to have tested Lesnar five times since he agreed in early June to compete at UFC 200.

It remains to be seen whether this will be a one-fight UFC cameo for Lesnar, who’s still under contract with WWE after spending the last four years with the professional wrestling company. He’s expected to return to WWE in time for its SummerSlam pay-per-view event in August, though, and it’ll be interesting to see how wrestling fans respond, especially if he loses to Hunt.

“I really don’t give a (crap),” Lesnar said Thursday when asked whether he believes a loss at UFC 200 would impact his WWE popularity. “I don’t sit up at night wondering, ‘Is my drawing power going to be hurt or are WWE fans going to tune in to watch me do this?’

“I don’t give two (craps) about that,” Lesnar added, per FOXSports.com. “This is about me. I want to get in there and be an athlete again. That’s what it’s about.”

Next week, it’ll be about two guys beating the hell out of each other. And both seem fired up.
