The New England Patriots could be exchanging one active offensive playmaker for two inactive skill-position players in their Week 11 matchup with the San Francisco 49ers.

Dion Lewis made the trip to San Francisco with his Patriots teammates, according to pictures tweeted by the team’s account. Tight end Rob Gronkowski, who suffered a chest injury in Week 10, isn’t traveling and was ruled out in the Patriots’ injury report. Wide receiver Chris Hogan (back) also was ruled out.

Lewis was activated off the physically unable to perform list last Saturday but was inactive for Sunday’s matchup with the Seattle Seahawks.

Gronkowski didn’t practice this week. Hogan was limited in all three sessions and played in Week 10 after popping up on the injury report last Friday.

Wide receiver Julian Edelman and tight end Martellus Bennett are listed as questionable to play, though they’re both expected to suit up. Defensive tackle Alan Branch, who previously had a back injury, was removed from Friday’s injury report.
