Report: Manny Pacquiao’s Trainer, Freddie Roach, Being Sued by Friend of Boxer

There's been a few punches thrown in the Manny Pacquiao camp in preparation for the upcoming bout with Floyd Mayweather Jr., but according to wavenewspapers.com, Pacquiao isn't the only one throwing the punches.

The report indicates that Gregorio Asuncion, along with his wife, Allyson, sued Freddie Roach and his Wild Card Gym Boxing Club in Los Angeles Superior Court for an incident that happened in November 2008.

Asuncion, a friend of Pacquiao's, is suing the boxer’s trainer for allegedly punching him from behind as he was leaving Roach's Wild Card Gym in Hollywood, Calif. The suit’s allegations include assault, battery, intentional and negligent infliction of emotional distress, negligence, premises liability and loss of consortium.
