Fresh off their first loss of the Eastern Conference Semifinals, one Bruins defenseman appears to have taken a big step in returning to the lineup.

Dennis Seidenberg, who hasn't played since April 3, when he suffered a lacerated tendon in his forearm, was spotted skating with strength and conditioning coach John Whitesides at Ristuccia Arena.

"I can't stand watching," Seidenberg told Bostonbruins.com reporter John Bishop on Saturday. "But there's still a chance."

The Bruins, who host the Flyers on Monday night in Game 5 of the semifinals, welcomed back defenseman Mark Stuart for Friday night's contest in Philadelphia.
