There was once a day when the wily old veteran the Celtics brought in to add frontcourt depth was a young, powerful center who was the emerging face of the league.

Shaquille O'Neal became one of the game's most dominating big men in the game when he was anchoring the Orlando Magic's frontcourt in the early 90s.

Now, Dwight Howard has taken over that role as arguably the game's best center all while playing in Orlando.

Howard is one of the best, but he's not quite the player Shaq was with the Magic — not yet at least. Apparently, judging by the video below, Howard's also got some work to do on the dance floor.

Check out the video below of the two in a dance-off at the NBA's All-Star Weekend from 2007.

NESN.com will showcase one Moment of Shaq every day until the Celtics open the season against the Heat on Oct. 26 at the TD Garden. Monday,

Aug. 27: Shaq, Sir Charles have fight night in Houston.
