As a professional athlete, Gregory Campbell has plenty to be thankful for. On Thursday, he'll be giving those less fortunate something they can be thankful for.

Campbell will spend his Thanksgiving morning personally delivering 4,000 pies to Boston area homeless shelters.

The Bruins' forward will deliver the $2,000 worth of pastries that he personally purchased from Mike's Pastry in Boston's North End.
