The Denver Nuggets may be providing the Christmas Day nightcap against Kevin Durant and the Thunder at 8 p.m., but that’s not the only thing they are giving their fans this holiday season.
Carmelo Anthony, Chris “Birdman” Andersen, J.R. Smith and company got decked out in Christmas attire (sort of) and dropped rhymes in a Christmas rap in an homage to Run DMC’s “Christmas in Hollis.”
It seems that even though Anthony could be on his way to New York or New Jersey at any moment, the Nuggets are still having fun.
Former Celtic Shelden Williams even makes a cameo — looking confused as ever.
This, of course, isn’t J.R. Smith’s first appearance in a rap video. He joined Lil Wayne and Young Money for a cameo in the video for their hit “Bedrock” in 2009.
