Shayk isn't just some new 25-year-old girl on the block. The Russian supermodel is involved with soccer stud Cristiano Ronaldo and has also starred in Kanye West's music video for "Power."
The cover was revealed on Monday when a massive billboard at the corner of Broadway and 52nd Street in New York was unveiled.
