There's been a good deal of talk about who belongs in right field for the Red Sox, but right now there is little debate about who belongs in left field Sunday against Pittsburgh Pirates right-handed pitcher James McDonald.

Josh Reddick, who had two hits Saturday to raise his batting average to .462, is penciled in as the No. 7 hitter in Sunday's lineup. Andrew Miller takes the hill for the Red Sox, trying to end the team's four-game losing streak.

McDonald is 5-4 with a 4.86 ERA for the Pirates, and in four of his last seven starts he has given up two runs or fewer while pitching at least six innings. Miller pitched 5 2/3 innings in his one start this season, giving up seven hits and three runs while striking out three.

Adrian Gonzalez is at first base, as he has been all 76 games this season. Designated hitter David Ortiz starts the game on the bench and Miller bats ninth in the DH-less lineup for the interleague game at a National League park.
