Of course, there's no such talks going on, but let's imagine for a moment that the league were to add a new team.
One thing that would be a must with a new city would be attendance. Nobody likes seeing games in Florida, Toronto and Cleveland where the stadium isn't even half-full.
There'd also have to be the possibility of a state-of-the-art stadium being built, as 22 of the 30 stadiums in the league opened in 1990 or later.
