When the Oregon State men's basketball team first booked a trip to Macedonia, a visit to one of the European country's hospital was probably toward the bottom of the team's sightseeing list. But after sophomore guard Roberto Nelson shattered a backboard on an alley-oop dunk, that was where the team ended up.

Nelson, who averaged 7.5 points per game last season, received 20 stitches after slamming home a pass off of the backboard in a pickup game. The team is over in Macedonia doing community service as part of its "Beavers Without Borders" campaign building homes abroad.

Credit ESPN's College Basketball Nation for finding this episode, one of several that Oregon State has been posting to document the team's trip.
