Celtics Release Eight-Game Preseason Schedule, Slated to Play Pair of Games at TD Garden

By all indications, it’s very likely that the NBA will lose games this season thanks to a lockout. Of course, until that happens, the league has to continue under the impression that they will not lose any games.

So, on Thursday, the Celtics announced their 2011 preseason schedule. The Celtics will tour the East Coast for eight games, all of which will be against Atlantic Division foes.

Oct. 10 versus Philadelphia at Dunkin Donuts Center (Providence, R.I.), 7:30 p.m.
Oct. 15 at New York at Times Union Center (Albany, N.Y.), 7:30 p.m.
Oct. 16 at Toronto at Air Canada Centre (Toronto), 6 pm.
Oct. 19 versus Philadelphia at Mullins Center (Amherst, Mass.), 7 p.m.
Oct. 21 versus Toronto at TD Garden (Boston), 7:30 p.m.
Oct. 22 versus New York at XL Center (Hartford), 7:30 p.m.
Oct. 24 at New Jersey at Prudential Center (Newark), 7:30 p.m.
Oct. 26 versus New Jersey at TD Garden (Boston), 7:30 p.m.
