Kevin Youkilis on Red Sox' Collapse: 'We're All at Fault' When a team with as much hype as the 2011 Red Sox fails to make the postseason, there will, inevitably, be some blame to go around.

Kevin Youkilis doesn't think that's right.

"The thing that is upsetting is there's so much finger-pointing at this person and that person and this and that. But we're failing to realize that we're all at fault," Youkilis said Monday morning on WAAF's Hill-Man Morning Show. "I think everyone needs to understsand that every single person on that team, everyone from the coaches to the general manager to the front office to whoever, we're all at fault. We always go with the philosophy that we win as a team and we lose as a team. And we all lost."

Youkilis' season was, essentially, cut short due to injury, but he didn't exclude himself from any of the blame.

"I think we all need to be accountable and we all were at fault," he said.
