Zdeno Chara is perhaps the biggest connection between the Bruins and the Ottawa Senators — both literally and figuratively. The big defenseman took a moment to reflect on the Bruins' Stanley Cup victory prior to Tuesday's game against his former squad.

Chara talked about how special the Cup win was, but he also knows the B's must play even harder now that everyone is gunning for them as champions. He said that it was a short summer because of the length of their season and the ensuing celebration, but he assured that he did the best he could to prepare the same way he has in previous years.
