It took less than 24 hours for evidence of the the Red Sox’ World Series championship to appear at Fenway Park.
One day after the Sox defeated the Cardinals to clinch their third title in the last 10 years, stadium employees hung a “2013” banner on Yawkey Way alongside commemorations of the team’s past championships.
Bostonians will have the chance to cheer on the 2013 squad one final time on Saturday, when the team boards the duck boats for a parade through the city streets.
