Florida State basketball recruit Cinmeon Bowers was arrested Jan. 16 after police say he started eating marijuana to try to hide it from them, according to ESPN.
Brown and two of his teammates from Chipola College in Marianna, Fla., were pulled over Thursday night, and police smelled marijuana coming from the car, according to the report. Bowers, along with Torian Graham and Jamaar McKay-Taylor, then tried to eat the illegal substance and were arrested and charged with tampering with evidence. They were sent to the Jackson County Correctional Facility.
All three players have been suspended indefinitely by Chipola College, coach Patrick Blake told ESPN.
Bowers, a 6-foot-6 power forward who committed to Florida State in September, is regarded as one of the top junior college prospects in the nation. Seminoles coach Leonard Hamilton said he will wait to make any decisions about Bower’s future with the team, telling ESPN he wants to get the “complete information” first.

The good news is the Devils destroyed the Blues 7-1. The bad news is no one saw it.
