It takes a certain degree of training to correctly pronounce New England Patriots tight end Michael Hoomanawanui‘s last name.

WWE Monday Night Raw color commentator Jerry Lawler clearly has not practiced. “The King” butchered Hoomanawanui’s last name when introducing the tight end, who was sitting ringside at the WWE event with Patriots fullback James Develin and tight end Matthew Mulligan. (For those wondering, it’s pronounced oh-OH-ma-nah-wah-new-ee.)

Raw was held at the Dunkin’ Donuts Center in Providence, R.I., on Monday night. Mulligan brought the WWF belt he ordered from Hulk Hogan‘s store to the show.

Check out Lawler’s mispronunciation in the video below.

WWE chief brand officer (and chairman and CEO Vince McMahon‘s daughter) Stephanie McMahon tweeted a picture of Hoomanawanui, Develin and Mulligan with herself and her husband, wrestler Triple H, before the show. Check out her tweet below.
