daniel navaBoston Red Sox outfielder Daniel Nava has bounced between the majors and Triple-A Pawtucket a lot this season.

He’ll attempt to make the most of his latest stint in the bigs when he returns to the Red Sox lineup for Boston’s series finale against the Cleveland Indians on Wednesday night.

Nava will play left field in place of Jonny Gomes and bat eighth, one spot ahead of shortstop Stephen Drew, who is back in the Sox’s lineup after sitting out Tuesday night’s 5-3 loss.

Former Indian Grady Sizemore will also return to the Boston lineup against his old team, replacing rookie Alex Hassan in right field and batting sixth.

Getting the start on the mound for the Red Sox is right-hander Brandon Workman, who was suspended for throwing behind Tampa Bay Rays third baseman Evan Longoria but appealed the ruling on Tuesday.
